Yvonne Macias

Yvonne holds a BA in Dance from the University of Montana where she studied Modern Dance, African Dance, and apprenticed as a Children’s Creative Movement Instructor. In 2003, after moving to California, she received a 200 hour Yoga Teachers Certificate at Canyon Spirit Yoga Studio in Auburn. Since then she has been teaching Yoga to Adults and Children around Sacramento. Yvonne lives in a green and white house with her husband, two children, and their cat Fred.
