Food Drive at Old Soul

Old Soul Coffee House at 40 Acres in Oak Park is organizing a Thanksgiving Food Drive to benefit Tubman House. Bring all suitable food items and receive an Old Soul Co. T-Shirt, Old Soul coffee and pastries, and small edible goodies from Rick Mahan and Patrick Mulvaney, premier Sacramento chefs and owners of The Waterboy and Mulvaney’s B&L. Help Tubman House, operated by Waking The Village, support their mission to offer 18 months of housing and support so that Sacramento’s homeless, parenting or pregnant youth and their children can get busy living rather than surviving. Your food donation will directly benefit 8 families striving for improved health and wellness. Join Us in celebration and to give thanks for all that we are blessed with in this great community. Help those who need our support, get a cool T-Shirt, some yummy goodies and meet friends, old and new. Also special thanks to our friends from the Sac Natural Foods Co-Op, Mulvaney’s B&L and the Old Soul “Coffee Group” for donations of time and goods.
