Discover how treasured a toy can be when made with a child’s own hands! Children will create things to fly (windsocks, pinwheels, kites), dolls and puppets, and masks, hats and capes. They will create their own bells and shakers for a day of music making. This series leads children on an exploration of creating handmade toys, using natural materials such as silk, wool, cotton, wood, and beeswax.
