Family Workshop: Winter Soltice Ceremony and Potluck

Come celebrate this sacred and powerful beginning of Winter, the longest night of the year. In this interactive workshop we will learn about the natural rythums of the animals, the earth and the Native people through yoga, storytelling, art, music and dance. In honor of the season, we will explore the values of giving, gratitude and joy. This is a wonderful opportunity to bring back the sacredness of life through ritual and village celebration. We look forward to sharing an enriching and beautiful time with you, your family and our community.  After the workshop, the Art Beast community will share in a potluck. We invite your family to bring a dish to share. Art Beast will provide plates, utensils, cups, drinks, and a healthy, kid-friendly dish.
