Family Workshop: Native American Harvest and Full Moon Celebration and Potluck

We welcome you to join us as we continue to integrate ancient ways of village life into our modern reality! This Full Moon celebration is in honor and gratitude for the abundance of Harvest and will joyfully integrate yoga, dance, music, art and storytelling. This Fall workshop is an opportunity for families to celebrate life and the seasonal rythums in a sacred way, together in community. We will call in the directions, have a gratitude circle, share a story through yoga, create a collaborative art project and play with music and dance. It is time to bring back the village, so get ready for a fun, rewarding and authentic experience. After the workshop, we will share a potluck on the courtyard. Please bring a dish to share with the Art Beast community. Art Beast will provide plates, utensils, cups, drinks, and a sneaky chef, healthy mac-and-cheese.
