Open Studio: Retro Craft

Remember making guitars from cereal boxes and rubber bands?  Flying saucers with paper plates?   Together we will build them.  At each class, students create a keepsake craft project.  We will explore all art media including tempura paints, watercolors, chalk, glue and clay.  We use scissors, stickers, paint brushes, string, fingers and toes – and there isn’t much that googly eyes won’t improve!  This project is an opportunity for children to practice focus and fine motor skills, as well as a time to build confidence, make messes and have fun.
