This series uses great children’s stories to launch into art. The series includes:
- Fun with Elmer: Elmer the Elephant just can’t wait to get to know you! Let’s share Elmer’s story and then make a crazy patchwork painting!
- Corduroy’s Pocket: Corduroy wants a pocket. Do you? Today we’ll make a wall pocket to keep your treasures in.
- Mouse Tracks: Little mice are leaving colorful paw prints all over the house! What color footprints will your painted feet make?
- Caps for Sale: Monkey see, monkey do! We will have our own monkey business when we cut and paste a cap collage.
- Growing Vegetable Soup: Growing vegetables is fun, and good for you, too. Let’s print a pot of soup with our vegetables. What do you like in your soup?
